Sankarshan Damle

I am a Postdoctoral Researcher with the FoSSE group at Microsoft Research India, working under the supervision of Dr. Arun Iyer.

My current role focuses on improving language model reliability and correctness through adaptive fine-tuning and reinforcement-based optimization within tool-augmented environments.

Prior to this, I have worked and studied across academia and research labs:
